Amen to that! WHo knew such a thing existed? And I thought heaven was freezing After 8 thin dinner mints. Ever try them? Thankfully, I can always find an opened box of them in Aunt Debbie's freezer when we visit!
Aunt Debbie makes everything magical including, it seems, freezers. I didn't (but should have) know(n)!
Andes baking chips are best eaten sprinkled over ice cream but I sometimes leave the ice cream out because it gets in the way. They are also good baked into brownies, although I typically find that about half the Andes baking chips don't make it to the batter. At that point, the only thing to do is eliminate about half the brownie batter to keep the recipe in proportion. You may discover (as I have) that brownie manufacturers tend to overestimate the size of the pan required to bake the brownies...the recommended size tends to produce very thin brownies.

Sorry you had an annoying day! For me, happiness is finding out (from you!) that Andes MAKES baking chips!
