Those of you tuning in for the kitchen updates may drool over drywall here. Rumor has it there may be painting on Friday. This only scares me a little, as we have not yet chosen a paint color. I suppose we should get on that...

HOLY CRAP!!!! It is sinking (yes that was on purpose)in that you're going to have the best kitchen ever!!! Food and Drink! HA HA!
Drywall is wonderful. Isn't it cool how, once you close the space in, it seems a little bigger? Is that just me?
Picking a color is fun. Sherwin Williams sells those great Color-to-Go pints cheap. They come in handy later for exciting art projects!

@lmp - Funny, I thought the kitchen felt smaller with the drywall up! It certainly sounds bigger, with all the echos bouncing around in there, though.
Thanks for the Color-to-Go hint! I have a bunch of old drafting prints that we're going to paint for test patches - now I know how we're getting tiny amounts of tester paint. :)
