I don't remember where I heard it, but someone was saying that in their family, they usually have one, maybe two, special nights called "Ice Cream Dinner" nights, where that is what is had for dinner...sounds like tonight might be a good night for it!

Yep. We did ice cream for dinner on Sun. night.
